One of my favorites...so time to get rid of some VW's, so I listed em on the list of Craig. 89 VW Fox Wagon, 157K, $1200. Needs some metal work underneath, but not bad. 81 VW Rabbit diesel pickup, needs some brake work, runs good, also 157K. Compression great, $600. I will let you decide NPOCP, but I think nice enough

Think I saw this on craigslist recently. Good pick. Just as a suggestion, if you drop a resonator, it sounds amazing. A little louder than stock, and plenty of burble, pop, and catflap. Gotta love the 20v.

this is a 10V, which means it might not tick in the valvetrain like a high miles 20v, but same thing, the 5 cyl sounds great. Yeah it is out in Long island. Needs a heater core so it is going to be a cold trip back up. Have a 90S cloth interior waiting for it and a new core already

You could buy mine instead! It's a 20V. No obnoxious valve ticking that I've noticed. Problem is, mine is out in Indiana and I'm hoping to get more for it than you're probably paying for that one.

I'm interested in the pickup. I couldn't find the ad. On CL. Still available? If so , would it make it to Boston? Much body work needed?

I wish, and I totally would, but I need a 10v in my life right now. 20v I have had and been super in love with, but I will deal with the 10'er for the winter. What are you looking to get for the 20 anyhow?

I sold it yesterday morning. Didn't last long at that price!

Hoping to get around $3500 for it. Might be a bit high, but it has a ton of new parts on it. What makes you want the 10?
